Why the Sync Error occurs

This sync error occurs when a chart of accounts is created in Bill.com or Oracle Netsuite with a colon (:) in the name. In Oracle Netsuite, a colon represents a parent/child relationship in the account structure.

How to Fix the Sync Error

Edit the name of the account in Bill.com or Oracle Netsuite to remove the colon and sync again.
