It takes up to four banking days (add an extra day for any bank holiday), for an ePayment from a customer to deposit.
This timing applies to Advanced accounts only:
Advanced account: An account with a monthly fee that has additional features such as sync with accounting software, Approvals, and the ability to accept payments or send payments to more people, regardless of account type or connection status
If you have a subscription-free basic receivables account, your payment timing depends on the settings on your customer's account. Please contact your customer with any payment timing questions.
