For the Purchase Order number (PO#) to appear on a bill in Bill.com from a bill that was created from a PO and synced from Intacct, the PO# must be in the "Reference Number" field of the bill in Intacct. Intacct does not auto-populate the Reference Number field with the PO#. The Reference Number field must be entered manually.
For those that are familiar with custom scripts, consult with Intacct regarding auto-populating the reference number field with the PO# through the use of a custom script.
