Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a GL account has a parent account that is inactive in Bill.com.

How to Fix the Sync Error

There are three options to resolve this issue:

  • Reactivate the parent account in Bill.com
  • Edit the account and change the parent account in Bill.com
  • Edit the account and remove the parent account in Bill.com
