Intacct Sync Error : Could not find a UOM Group to associate with this item
Why the Sync Error occurs
This sync error occurs when the unit of measure assigned to an item is invalid or does not exist in Intacct when an item is created in Intacct.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- Log in to Intacct
- Go to Order Entry, click Units of Measure
- Create new Unit of Measure Group
- Edit item and update Unit of measure field
