NetSuite Sync Error: USER_ERROR: Please enter value(s) for: Vendor ID

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when the vendor cannot sync to NetSuite because Vendor ID field is empty. In order for a vendor to sync to NetSuite, this field is required.

How to Fix the Sync Error

To fix this error, update the vendor information in Bill.com:

  1. On the Sync Status page, click the vendor name causing the sync error
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update the Vendor ID field
  4. Click Save
  5. Sync again

Once updated, the vendor will sync successfully and the error will clear.
