Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when an Equity account type is attempting to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO), but the sync will only allow one (1) account to be created from Bill.com that is Equity type.
How to Fix the Sync Error
There are two options to resolve this issue:
- Delete the account in Bill.com, create it in QBO, and Sync
- Change the account type in Bill.com and Sync
