Intacct Sync Error: This transaction is missing 'location' dimension for the account xxxxx on line no. 1

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when the Funds Transfer Location preference isn't set in the Bill.com Sync Preferences. This will apply only if your Bill.com account is syncing to the Root level of a Multi-Entity account in Intacct.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Under Sync, click Preferences
  3. Click the edit icon
  4. Select an account from the drop-down menu for Funds Transfer Location
  5. Click Save
  6. Sync again
