Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when the account type on a bill is incorrect or the Charge Card is not set up properly in Sage Intacct.
How to Fix the Sync Error
Check for the following:
- Proper account type is being used on the bill.
- If this is a credit card account, confirm the setup your Credit Card Bills and Payments in Sage Intacct correctly. Refer to the Sage Intacct Charge Card Setup and Workflow article for more information.
