Intacct Sync Error: The account number 'xxx' is associated to the Credit Card 'xx and x'

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when the account type on a bill is incorrect or the Charge Card is not set up properly in Intacct.

How to Fix the Sync Error

Check for the following:

  • Proper account type is being used on the bill.
  • If this is a credit card account, confirm the setup your Credit Card Bills and Payments in Intacct correctly. Refer to the Intacct Charge Card Setup and Workflow article for more information.
