Intacct Sync Error: Please select a UOM Group or select a default UOM group in the Inventory Setup

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when invoices in Bill.com are unable to sync because an Intacct account does not have a Unit of Measure created in the Order Entry module.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. In Intacct, create a Unit of Measure in the Order Entry module
  2. Sync again
