Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when the Use ISO country codes setting is turned on in Intacct. This setting limits the ability of the sync to update the Country field for vendors and customers.
How to Fix the Sync Error
To fix this issue, the update must be made in the Intacct account:
- In the Intacct account, go to Company > Company Info > General Information
- Uncheck Use ISO country codes
- Sync again
