Why the sync error occurs
When setting up the sync with Sage Intacct, one of the steps in the setup is to subscribe to Sage Intacct's Web Services (aka XML Gateway). This error occurs when the "Billcom" sync user in Sage Intacct isn't subscribed to this service or if they aren't a business user with full administrative permissions.
How to fix the sync error
- To subscribe to Sage Intacct's Web Services, see the Sage Intacct Sync Setup Guide's Install Customization Package
- Ensure the "Billcom" sync user in Sage Intacct is a business user with full admin permissions
