Why the Sync Error occurs
When setting up the sync with Intacct, one of the steps in the setup is to subscribe to Intacct's Web Services (aka XML Gateway). This error occurs when the "Billcom" sync user in Intacct isn't subscribed to this service or if they are not a business user with full administrative permissions.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- To subscribe to Intacct's Web Services, see the Intacct Sync Setup Guide's Install Customization Package
- Ensure the "Billcom" sync user in Intacct is a business user with full admin permissions
