Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when the Sync Preferences are not set correctly, especially when the Money Out Clearing and Money In Clearing accounts are incorrect. When these accounts are not selected in the Sync Preferences or if they are set to incorrect accounts, sync errors are likely to be triggered.
How to Fix the Sync Error
Review the Sync Preferences section in the Sync Menu to ensure all settings are set to the correct Chart of Account.
- On the sync status page, click Preferences
- Click the edit icon
- Make necessary changes
- Click Save
- Sync again
