Mobile App: Paying bills through iOS

With the Bill.com app for iOS, paying your bills has never been easier. You can even pay bills on the go!

Paying a single Bill

  1. Log in to the Bill.com app
  2. From the dashboard, click Pay bills to see a quick view of bills pending payment, grouped by status:
    • Overdue
    • Due Today
    • Due Next 7 Days
    • All Bills
  3. Tap on one of the tiles to pay bills on that list
  4. Pay the bill:
    • Select a bill from the list
    • Review and edit if needed:
      • Amount to Pay
      • Pay From account
      • Process Date
    • Click the speech bubble icon to review any notes/communications about the bill
    • Click Pay
    • Click Pay again to confirm

Paying multiple Bills

  1. Log in to the Bill.com app
  2. Tap the Pay tab
  3. Review the quick view of bills pending payment, grouped by status:
    • Overdue
    • Due Today
    • Due Next 7 Days
    • All Bills
  4. Tap on one of the tiles to pay bills on that list
  5. Tap Select
  6. Tap each bill you want to pay
  7. Tap Pay Selected

Things to know

  • Paying multiple bills with the same process date for the same vendor will combine payments and your vendor will receive just one payment
  • At this time, this single payment triggers multiple emails, one email for each bill paid
  • We're working on a fix for this issue
