Uploading your company logo will make your Bill.com account and communications more recognizable for your vendors and customers.
If you have a paid subscription account, we'll show this logo on:
- Your company's network profile
- Emails to your vendors and customers
- Invoices you send to customers
- The website where customers pay you
If you have a subscription free basic account, we'll show this logo on your company's network profile.
Upload your logo
- Select Settings
- We're currently rolling out a fresh new look for our Settings page, so you may see one of 2 designs. Please follow the steps that match what your Settings page looks like.
Select Logo under Your Company if your Settings page looks like this:
Select Company Information under Company Profile, then select Add a logo next to Company Logo if your Settings page looks like this: - Select Browse or Choose File and locate your logo file
- Select Upload
Formats supported
The logo image must be in one of the following formats:
- JPG
- GIF
- PNG
Image Size
The default image size is 100 pixels (width) by 50 pixels (height).
Things to know
- If you upload a larger image, it'll be scaled to the default size. The image provided will have the same aspect ratio (2x wide by 1x high) as the default image to ensure legibility when scaled.
- If your account is managed under your accountant's Bill.com account, you'll see their logo above the navigation menu when you login to your account, but rest assured, if you upload a logo to your account, your logo will be shown everywhere else:
- Your company's network profile
- Emails to your vendors and customers
- Invoices you send to customers
- The website where customers pay you
