With the Bill.com app for Android, approving bills has never been easier; review, approve or deny bills anytime, anywhere.

From the To do items section on the dashboard, you will see how many bills have been assigned to you for approval. Select Approve < # of > bills to see the list, which you can filter by:

• Due Date
  • Any
  • Overdue
  • Due Today
  • Due Next 7 Days
• Sort By in Descending or Ascending order
  • Due Date
  • Amount

Jump to:

• Approve bills from the bills to approve list
• Deny bills from the bills to approve list
• Approve or deny with review

Approve bills from the bills to approve list

In the Bill.com app:

1. Select Approve < # of > bills in your to do items
2. Swipe right on a bill to approve a single bill
3. Select Select above the list of bills on the right to approve multiple bills at once
   • Select the circle for each bill to select bills to approve from the list
   • Select Approve Selected to approve all selected bills at once

Deny bills from the bills to approve list

In the Bill.com app:

1. Select Approve < # of > bills in your to do items
2. Swipe left on a bill to deny
3. Add a reason for the denial
4. Select Finish to complete the denial
5. Select Cancel to cancel the denial

Approve or deny with review

In the Bill.com app:

1. Select Approve < # of > bills in your to do items
2. Select a bill to review a bill's details
3. Select Approve to approve the bill
4. Select Deny to deny the bill
5. Add a reason for the denial
6. Select Finish to complete the denial
7. Select Cancel to cancel the denial
