The Users Report displays a list of all users on the console and each client account. This report will be useful for auditing access and bank authorization.

Accessing the Users Report

Console Administrators can access the Users Report:

1. Log in to Bill.com
2. Select Manage Console
3. Select Reports
4. Select All Console and Client Users
5. Select Download to export the report to a CSV file

Report Details

• Company Name
• Account Type (Console or Client)
• First Name
• Last Name
• Role
• Bank Authorized (Yes/No)
• Email Address
• Last Login
• Status (Active or Inactive)
