Adding a new client account to the Console

Creating a new Bill.com account under the Console

  1. Log in to Bill.com
  2. Click Manage Console
  3. Click Add Client Company
  4. Enter the requested information in the New Company form Note: By default, the User creating the client account will be set as the Administrator on the new client account created
  5. Check the Bill to check box if you wish Bill.com to charge your firm for the fees incurred by the client
  6. Click Save

Moving between the Console account and the Client accounts

You can easily move between your Console account and your clients' Bill.com accounts from any Bill.com page:

  1. Click your name in the top right
  2. Select My Companies from the drop-down menu
  3. Choose the company you'd like to navigate to
