Get your Advanced Bill.com account started with the helpful resources below.
An Advanced account is an account with a monthly fee that has additional features such as sync with accounting software, Approvals, and the ability to accept payments or send payments to more people, regardless of account type or connection status
If you have a Subscription-free Basic account, these features will not apply. Please see the article I was invited to get paid by a Bill.com customer to setup your account.

Roles and Permissions
Employees, co-workers, and accountants
- Add additional Users that will also be working in your Bill.com account
- Assign a Role based on what each User will be doing in the account, roles available are:
- Administrator

Once activated, you can send bills and other documents directly to your Bill.com Inbox!

Logo
- Upload your company logo to be displayed in:
- Emails to your vendors and customers
- Invoices sent to your customers to collect payment
- The Customer Portal where your customers make payments to you
Branded website address
- Customize the branded website address with your company name, where your customers go to access the Customer Portal to pay the invoices you send them

1st Sync
Sync Setup
Bring data for Payables and/or Receivables from your accounting software into Bill.com to prevent entering data manually or duplicate entries. Once sync is setup, each time you sync again in the future, we'll pick up any changes you've made in your accounting system or Bill.com. Select the guide for your accounting software:
