In your company profile, you have the option to specify both a corporate address and a mailing address. We print checks with the corporate address, unless you specify a different mailing address. Both the corporate and mailing addresses must be US addresses.
If you created your account as an individual, this is also where you edit or add your mailing address.
Your user role must have manage company permissions to edit addresses.
Adding a mailing address
- Click Settings
- Under Your Company, click Profile
- Click the Edit icon
- Under Company Location, uncheck Use as your company's mailing address
- Enter the mailing address
- Click Save
