Sometimes a situation arises in which you might need to get a payment to a vendor as quickly as possible. Instead of bypassing Bill.com workflows to wire funds or overnight a check, the Pay Faster feature in Bill.com enables you to get checks and ePayments to vendors quickly and reliably.
After 5 completed payments, your payment timing will accelerate (for example, ePayments under $10,000 will arrive in 2 banking days). Once your account's payment timing has been accelerated, your bank authorized users will have access to Bill.com's expedited payment options listed below.

Pay Faster options
Checks
The scheduling deadline for expedited checks is 12:00 PM PT to process the next banking day.
- Overnight check delivery: $19.99 per payment
- 2-day check delivery: $14.99 per payment
- 3-day check delivery: $9.99 per payment
Timing includes business days only; overnight checks scheduled on a Friday will be delivered Monday (or the next available business day). Expedited checks are delivered via UPS by default with tracking included, unless the payment is going to a PO Box or is a non serviceable address, in which case it will be sent via USPS.
ePayments
- Same day ePayment delivery: $9.99 per payment
- Payment must be $25k or less
- The scheduling deadline for same day ePayments is 8:00 AM PT on business days only
- Same day ePayments are currently being phased in to qualifying accounts. If you do not see this feature, stay tuned!
- Overnight ePayment delivery: $9.99 per payment
- The scheduling deadline for overnight ePayments is 6:00 PM PT to process the next banking day
Timing includes business days only; overnight ePayments scheduled on a Friday will be deposited Monday (or the next available business day).

Using Pay Faster
Pay a single bill faster
- Click Bills in the left navigation menu
- Check the box next to the bill to pay
- Click Review & pay
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Click Pay
Combine multiple bills for the same vendor in one Pay Faster payment
- Click Bills in the left navigation menu
- Check the box next one of the bills to pay
- Click Review & pay
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Click Add bills from (vendor) to this payment
- Check the boxes for the bills to be included in the payment
- If there are still unapplied vendor credits available for the vendor, they will be available to be applied here
- If there are still unapplied vendor credits available for the vendor, they will be available to be applied here
- Click Add
- Bill Summary will show total of all bills selected; hover over Multiple next to Invoice # to see details of additional invoices added to the payment
- Click Edit next to Added Bill to add or remove additional bills
- Click Pay
Pay a vendor without a bill
- Click Pay a vendor from
- Payments Out
- On a vendor record (Pay vendor)
- Under the Actions menu in the left navigation menu
- Enter the Payment amount
- Select the bank account to pay from
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Click Review and Pay
- Click Send payment
Voids and cancellations
- Check payments (all speeds) and overnight ePayments payments must be canceled by 12pm PT
- Overnight ePayments scheduled after 12pm PT cannot be canceled or voided
- Same Day ePayments cannot be canceled as they are immediately processed
- Checks scheduled after 12pm PT cannot be canceled, but can be voided before the check has cleared. Your account will still be debited for the payment, but we will credit your bank account once the void is complete
Other things to know
- Pay faster options will only be presented if the process date selected is the next business day.
- In our continued diligence to protect our customers from fraud, Pay Faster limits vary from account to account based on factors such as payment amount, payment history, length of account, etc. If you would like an increase in payment limits, please submit a request using the Payables (AP) Limit Increase Request form. - Pay Faster is not available for international payments.
- Pay Faster is not available as an option when paying via the Bill.com mobile app.
- Pay Faster may not be available if there has been a recent NSF or failed payment on your account. Please contact Customer Support for assistance and options.
- Pay Faster is not an option when making bulk payments to more than one vendor.
- Tracking numbers for Pay Faster payments are posted within 1 business day of the process date.
- There will be an additional field on the payment details page: Payment Delivery. This field will show the Pay Faster option that was selected.
- PO Boxes have no overnight delivery guarantee. Overnight Check Delivery should not be used for checks delivered to PO Boxes.
- By default, checks will be sent via USPS. If the check can’t be delivered by USPS, it will be sent by UPS.
