You can upgrade your Bill.com account or change your price plan to enable additional features and manage your entire payables and receivables workflow in one convenient place! You must be on our desktop website to upgrade or change your price plan, you can't make these changes while on the mobile app.

Upgrade your account
The upgrade option will only be available if you currently have a subscription free receivables or payables account. Otherwise, you can change your price plan or select additional features to maximize your account benefits.
- Select Upgrade in the navigation menu
- Select Select Plan for the price plan you wish to have
- If you want to process both payables and receivables, select the Corporate plan
- Select Done
Your 30 day risk-free trial will begin the day you upgrade.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You'll need to add your bank account again after upgrading from a subscription free basic account as we perform different levels of account verification based on the transactions each account type can perform.
Change your price plan
- Select Settings
- Select Price Plan, under Your Account with Us
- Review the available pricing options
- Select Select Plan for the price plan you wish to have
- If you want to process both payables and receivables, select the Corporate plan

- Select Settings
- Select Features under Your Account with Us
- Select the features to use with the upgraded account
