Select billing method for your console and clients
If you have an accountant's console, you have two options for how your clients pay for their Bill.com client accounts. You can set clients to pay Bill.com directly for the services Bill.com provides, or you can set clients to be billed through your console. You can manage billing preferences for each client separately.
- Log in to your console
- Select Clients
- Review the BILL TO column:
- Client company means that the client will be billed directly by Bill.com through the client account. The client must add a credit card on the account for the statement to be paid.
- Console means that the console will be billed for the client account. No credit is required on the client account since the accountant console will be billed for the services.
