Billing statements

To view Billing and Statement information, a User must be assigned a role with the required permissions. If you are unable to access the Billing and Statement information, contact your Bill.com Administrator for the information or to request that they edit your permissions to enable access.

All users with the administrator role will receive an email notification when monthly statements are posted.

Accessing Billing Statements

  1. Log in to Bill.com
  2. Click the gear icon
  3. Under Your Account with Us, click Statements
  4. Click on the Statement Number to view a statement summary
  5. Click Show Details to view an itemized breakdown

Accessing Console Billing Statements

  1. Log in to Bill.com
  2. Click Manage Console
  3. Hover over Billing and click Statements
  4. Click on the Statement Number to view a statement summary
  5. Click Show Details to view an itemized breakdown

Notes:

  • The most recent 12 months of statements display by default. To access past statements, check the Show Older Statements checkbox at the bottom of the page
  • We bill stand alone accounts and accounts on consoles but not billed to the console, 30 days after signup, then the same date each month thereafter
  • We bill Consoles on the 5th of each month no matter the signup date
