If the auto-billing to the credit card on the account fails when processing a payment for Bill.com fees, there is a seven (7) calendar day grace period before access to the overdue account is blocked. This provides an opportunity to update billing or credit card information to resolve any declinations or funding issues.
Update the credit card on the account
Once you've addressed the reason for the declined charge, update your credit card information on the screen that appears after login. A charge will be processed for the outstanding balance and the Bill.com account will be accessible again.
