If you'd prefer to only use payables or receivables, but not both, or you no longer need to sync with your accounting system you can downgrade your price plan.

Downgrade your price plan

1. Select Settings
   • If you are in the mobile app, select the Options bars in the top left corner, then select Settings
2. Select Pricing & Plans under Billing & Subscription
3. Select Select plan to choose the plan you'd like

Downgrade from the Billing page

1. Select Settings
   • If you are in the mobile app, select the Options bars in the top left corner, then select Settings
2. Select My Subscription under Billing & Subscription
3. To continue using Payables (making payments), select I want to cancel my accounts receivable
4. To continue using Receivables (receiving payments), select I want to cancel my accounts payable

Downgrade to a subscription-free Basic account

Our basic accounts allow you to only transact with other Bill.com accounts with no monthly fee.

Downgrade from the Features page:

1. Select Settings
   • If you are in the mobile app, select the Options bars in the top left corner, then select Settings
2. Select Features under Billing & Subscription
   
3. For Payables (making payments), select I only want to send payments to Bill.com users (subscription-free version)
4. For Receivables (receiving payments), select I only want to receive payments from Bill.com users (subscription-free version)
