Mobile app login

To access your Bill.com account via the Bill.com mobile app, you must first create a password through the desktop app. From a computer, click the link in the Welcome email to create a password. Once the password is created, you will be able to use that password to login through the Bill.com mobile app.

Accepting cookies

If you are having trouble logging in to your Bill.com account from a mobile device after a password has been created, confirm that your mobile device is accepting cookies from our site.

iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, click Settings
  2. Click Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, turn Block All Cookies off

Android

  1. Open the browser
  2. From the menu, click Settings
  3. Select Privacy and Security
  4. Click Accept Cookies

Clearing cookies

When your device is set to accept cookies from Bill.com, you may need to clear the cookies.

iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, click Settings
  2. Click Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, click Clear History and Website Data

Android

  1. Open the browser
  2. From the menu, click Settings
  3. Select Privacy and Security
  4. Click Clear All Cookies
