Reset portal account password
You don't need a Bill.com account to make a payment to a vendor. Many vendors use the custom URL on their invoice to allow their customers to make on-line payments to them without having to create a Bill.com account. This access to only make payments to a specific vendor is called a portal account. It is accessed from the unique URL that's printed on the invoice.
If you pay a vendor through a portal account, check the invoice you received from your vendor. It will include the unique URL to your portal account. If you've forgotten the password to access the portal account, click the Forgot password? link on the portal login page.
Note: You can reset your password up to 10 times in 24 hours. If a reset is attempted after 10 times, your login will be locked out for 24 hours.
