This article is going to provide some quick guidance regarding how to use the Bill.com Help Center to get help from the support and sales teams. The quickest way to get support is to visit the Help Center. Here’s how you access it:
- Log into Bill.com
- Select Support in the left navigation menu This will take you to this screen, which is the Bill.com Help Center
How to use the Help Center
Once in the Help Center, you can search for answers to your question or self-resolve your issue. You simply type in your question or key words and the system will populate articles that might give you a quick answer or fix. Fun fact, most of our customers can resolve their issues really quickly this way.
How to contact Customer Support
If you aren’t able to find a quick fix in the Help Center, then you’ll need to contact Customer Support via email or chat by selecting Contact us at the top of the page. Keep in mind that email and chat are available during our normal business hours, which are: Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time, closed weekends and most Federal Holidays.
Chat is the best way to connect with a representative who’s able to help you with your specific account needs, based on the question and input you provide. You can send emails anytime, but the response time is within 24 business hours.
If you don't see the chat option, clear your browser's cookies and cache and reload the page.
How to view support history
Your support history is available to view anytime:
- Log in to the Bill.com account
- Select Support at the bottom of any Bill.com account page
- Select Message Center to review support history
All pending and solved support tickets are visible and noted with the current status. You can add comments and updates to new, open, and pending tickets.
How to view pricing information
One of the most common reasons our customers contact the Sales team is to ask questions about pricing. Our website has great information about our product and service, including pricing! So, we might be able to answer your question quicker than trying to contact a support agent.
